Data we collect

Through the request form: name, email, phone, city, the ceremony you are interested in and, if you choose to share them, your gotra, the first names of the family members concerned and your sankalpa (intention). Those last fields are optional — you can leave them empty and tell us later.

Purposes and legal basis

• Contacting you back and answering your request (pre-contractual steps).
• Preparing and performing the ceremony, which involves sharing your name, gotra and sankalpa with the officiating priest (performance of the service).
• Follow-up and sending you photos or videos of the ritual.

Spiritual details (gotra, sankalpa) are provided voluntarily, on the basis of your consent, and are used only for the ritual.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to our team and to the officiating priest in India. It is stored with our technical providers (website hosting and database) and is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising. A transfer outside the European Union (to India) is necessary to perform the service you request.

Retention

Requests are kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@pujavedique.com and your data will be deleted on request. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set its own advertising cookies. If you arrive from an ad, the platform involved (Meta, Google) may set its own trackers under its own terms.
